To exchange a product, you should send an email to info@hali-studio.pt with the subject “Exchange Order #1001”. The shipping cost of the exchange is charged to the customer. After scheduling the collection of the products to be returned, they will be collected the next day, after an evaluation of the item upon arrival, the final product will be sent.
