Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be changed or canceled until receiving a confirmation email from HALI Studio. Once the order is shipped, changes or cancellations can no longer be made.

To cancel or modify an order, please contact us at info@hali-studio.pt, putting “Alteration Order #1001” in the subject of the email.
