Shipping & Returns


  • We ship our products worldwide. The orders are shipped on the next business day after they are placed. In times of higher flow, it is possible that there may be a delay in shipping, never exceeding three business days.
  • Shipping costs vary by country.
      • Portugal: 4,95€
      • Madeira and Azores archipelagos: 12€
      • European Union: up to 500g – 8€ | 500g to 2kg – 12€
      • United States of America and UK: up to 500g – 13€ | 500g to 2kg – 21€
      • Rest of the World: up to 500g – 13€ | 500g to 2kg – 18€
  • Orders can be modified or canceled until you receive a confirmation e-mail from HALI Studio. From the moment the order is shipped, it is not possible to change or cancel it.
  • To cancel or modify an order, please contact us through the e-mail, with the subject “Alteration Order #number of the order”.
  • If you submit the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible via, and make sure the subject of the email includes something like “Change Address Order #number of the order”. The alteration will only be possible to be carried out before shipping the order.
    • The shipping time depends on where it is sent to, but it is possible to give an estimate.
        • Portugal and Espanha: 1 to 2 business days;
        • Portuguese Islands: Madeira, São Miguel, Terceira and Faial: 2 to 3 business days;
        • Portuguese Islands: Santa Maria, Corvo, Pico, São Jorge, Graciosa, Flores and Porto Santo: 4 to 5 business days;
        • European Union: 3 to 4 business days;
        • Rest of the World: 3 to 9 business days.


  • EUROPEAN UNION – All taxes and fees are included, there are no additional charges.
  • OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION – You may be subject to local import duties and taxes once your order arrives in the country of destination. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict how much they may be – the customer must cover all additional costs for taxes, fees and customs charges.


  • If the product is damaged, the return is free of charge, for other reasons transport costs are borne by the customer. To return a product, send an email to with the subject “Return Order #number of the order” and make sure to write the reason in the body of the email.
  • If the package is visibly damaged, do not accept it, returning it directly to the delivery service provider.
  • To exchange a product, you must send an email to with the subject “Exchange Order #number of the order”. The cost of shipping the exchange of products is borne by the customer. After scheduling the pick up of the products to be returned, they will be collected the next day, after an evaluation of the article upon arrival, the final product will be sent.
  • The refund can be expected within a maximum period of 1 month from the day the refund was approved.
