Terms & Conditions


  • Seller: Inês Silva Faria (hereinafter: “HALI Studio”)
  • Buyer: an individual, of legal age, not acting in the exercise of a profession or business, with whom the Seller enters into a Contract.
  • Order: an order placed by the Buyer for the delivery of one or more products.
  • Product: a HALI Studio product that the Seller makes available for sale on the Website.
  • Price: the price stated on the Website for a Product, including VAT and excluding the shipping costs, unless the order exceeds the amount designated for free shipping.
  • Contract: the order, which has been accepted by the Seller.


  • The orders are shipped on the next business day after they are placed. In times of higher flow, it is possible that there may be a delay in shipping, never exceeding three business days.
  • The shipping time depends on where it is sent to, but it is possible to give an estimate.
      • Portugal and Espanha: 1 to 2 business days;
      • Portuguese Islands: Madeira, São Miguel, Terceira and Faial: 2 to 3 business days;
      • Portuguese Islands: Santa Maria, Corvo, Pico, São Jorge, Graciosa, Flores and Porto Santo: 4 to 5 business days;
      • European Union: 3 to 4 business days;
      • Rest of the World: 3 to 9 business days.


  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Paypal. For Portugal we also have the Multibanco Reference Payment method and MBway.


  • The buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. HALI Studio is not responsible for delays due to customs.


  • For any returns please contact us within 14 days of the arrival of your order. All returns must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. If the product shows signs of wear, washing or damages, we have the right not to refund the return.
  • Customers are responsible for bearing the cost of returning the item(s), except when the product arrives damaged. The product must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered, with tracking number and/or signed delivery, as HALI Studio is not responsible for lost returns.
  • A refund of the product price (excluding any shipping costs) will be processed up to three business weeks after the return is accepted. We are not responsible for any taxes applied to a customer’s bank transaction.
  • In case the product is damaged, the return is free of charge. For other return reasons, the shipping costs are borne by the customer. To return a product, send an e-mail to info@hali-studio.pt with the subject “Order Return #number of the order” and make sure to write the reason in the text of the e-mail.


  • The contact details of the Seller and third parties that the Seller has hired to handle complaints can be found by clicking on the ‘Contact’ button on the Website.
  • The Buyer will be required to inspect the Product upon its delivery and notify the Seller, within a reasonable time of the event, that there are visible defects or other claims relating to the performance of the Contract. Such complaints must be in writing and must be fully and clearly substantiated.
  • The Seller will respond to any complaints received within 7 days of receipt.
  • The buyer acknowledges that: minor inconsistencies, generally considered acceptable in respect to the quality, size, color, finishing, etc. of the Products cannot be avoided or are difficult to avoid and do not constitute a substantiated reason for filing a claim.
  • While we make all efforts to describe and photograph our Products with the greatest precision possible, we can make no guarantees that the colors of the Products on our Website are accurate or that the Products displayed will be fit for their intended use. We are not responsible for claims arising from differences in product descriptions, sizes or colors displayed on or purchased through this Website.
  • If the package is visibly damaged, do not accept it, returning it directly to the delivery service provider. 


  • This store automatically encrypts your sensitive information using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol.


  • Personal Information that we collect
    • When you visit the HALI Studio Website, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies installed on the device. In addition, as you browse the Website, we collect information about the individual pages or products you view, which websites or search terms referred you to the Website, and information about how you interact with the Website.     • Furthermore, when you make a purchase or attempt to make one through our Website, we collect certain information from you, including your name, tax address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), e-mail address and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information”.
    • When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking about both Device Information and Order Information.
  • How do we use the Personal Information collected?
    • We use the Order Information we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Website (including processing payment information, arranging shipping, and providing invoices and/or order confirmations). In addition, we use such Order Information to:

      • – When in accordance with the preferences you have shared, to provide information or advertising related to our products or services.

    • We share Personal Information with third parties to help us improve the shopping experience, as described above.     • In addition, if you are a European resident, we note that we use the information to fulfill contracts that we may have (for example, if you place an order through the Website).


    • The Website is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
